A Room With a View

We are loving Sanibel! This is our pathway to the beach. The condo we are staying at is behind me from where I am shooting this photo. Yep, we are right on the beach! The water is gorgeous, the shells are plentiful and the state of mind is peaceful and content.



Look at this pretty plant. I imagine it is a hibiscus as that is definitely a hibiscus bloom, but I've never seen one with pink leaves. I love this and must find it when I get home. This will look beautiful in my garden. I have a nice container just waiting to be filled so I may do something similar to this.



I always get so inspired and rejuvinated when I have time to sit and relax. Vacation is a beautiful thing.

    Gosh I would definitely love to stay in this place! It certainly looks like heaven on earth to me. How wonderful the time must be with your daughter. Such wonderful memories to store away...

    I'm so jealous!!! What a view!

    I got the paper mache houses at Hobby Lobby after Christmas last year. But I've already looked, and they have more in stock..:)

    Vacation is a beautiful thing, so keep enjoying yours.
    We went to Sanibel a few years ago, beautiful hotel and right on the beach too.
    So many shells to pick up and views to stare at all afternoon!
    I sure can't remember the name of the Hotel,I'm thinking it was a Hilton, but I'll see if my husband knows. Your view looks so familiar to me!
